Kucoin allows daily withdrawals up to $60 million dollars per day. The standard withdrawal limit with FULL KYC is $1 MILLION per day. However, if you increase your VIP status level from 0 up to 12, you can get much higher withdrawal limits. The VIP levels are based on various factors such as the 30 day trading activity or the number of KCS tokens you hold.

Level 12 VIP allows for 24H withdrawal limit of $60 million USDT. This requires holding 150,000 KCS tokens (costs about $1.6 million USD as of 3/18/25), OR, having $950 million dollars of 30 day trading activity.
According to Kucoin, VIP levels and rates are updated daily. But depending on the time of day you buy KCS, your VIP level may change the next day, or in 2 days. This means, if the Wealth Transfer happens today, and you have $100 million dollars in Shiba Inu profits from sell orders, it will take you 100 days at the standard $1 million daily withdrawal limit, to get all your crypto withdrawn. However, if you spend $1.6 million dollars (At current prices), to buy 150,000 KCS tokens. Tomorrow, or the day after, your daily withdrawal limit will increase from $1 million to $60 million. This means you will be able to withdraw your $100 million in just a few days.
After your withdrawals are complete, you can then sell all your KCS tokens and withdraw. So you would only need to hold the KCS tokens for a few days. Hopefully, KCS price doesn’t fluctuate too much in those few days. But that is a risk you have to consider.
Also, VIP levels change when you trade a lot. So if your sell limit orders result in $100 million dollars, that is $100 million in 30 day trading volume, which will automatically upgrade you to VIP level 6. This level allows $10 million daily withdrawal. So even without buying additional KCS tokens, you will be able to withdraw $10 million daily.

The VIP level and rates are updated at around 00:00 (UTC) daily, after which the corresponding fee discounts as shown in the table below will immediately take effect. As for the issue you inquired, please note that the withdrawal limit will not get increased in a minute. Snapshots are taken at around 16:00 (UTC) daily to calculate the minimum KCS holdings. The VIP level and rates are updated at around 00:00 (UTC) daily. Therefore, if your KCS buy amount or trading amount has reached the next level amount, and it is before 16:00 (UTC) that day, your withdrawal limit will increased the next day. However, if it is after 16:00 (UTC), the withdrawal limit will get increased the third day.
