God says ‘Are You a Manager or a Janitor?’ God did not put Adam and Eve in the garden, to be janitors. he put them in the garden to be managers. God will not give money to worshippers. contrary to popular opinion, in the church. God gives money to managers. Assignment of a manager, is to Steward resources on behalf of somebody else, with the purpose of advancing what they gave to you. God does not give wealth on the basis of anointing. if he was to give wealth on the basis of anointing, many of you would be wealthy right now. Matthew 25 (The Parable of the Talents). God gives wealth on the basis of ability, not on the basis of anointing. If God wants to destroy your life, he’ll give you abundance without management. God will deliberately and divinely, decrease your income, to increase your intelligence. 90% of the church are janitors. they’re not managers. If God has to do a miracle for you, it is a sign that your management is failing. Miracles are a sign of failed management. We’re saying every month, God, pay my bills. God, you said you’re my provider. Yes, he’s your provider. he’s not your enabler or your drug dealer. Eight streams of income. If your job is your only source of income, you’re a janitor, not a manager. Have you built your life for the storm?

2:10 – the spirit of God told me to ask you. Are you a Manager? Or are you a Janitor?
2:18 – what is a Janitor? A Janitor’s job is to maintain mediocrity. what is a manager’s job? the job, the assignment of a manager, is to Steward resources on behalf of somebody else, with the purpose of advancing what they gave to you. and not bringing it back to them, the same way they gave it to you. that means, you’re a failed manager, if you hand back to somebody something, in the condition that they gave it to you. you may think that you’re successful. but that’s not a manager. that is a janitor…
3:38 – the job of a manager is advancement. God’s first message was, let us make man. and I want to give you another word for man. let us make managers. man is a manager. man is not a janitor. God did not put Adam and Eve in the garden, to be janitors. he put them in the garden to be managers. God will not give money to worshippers. contrary to popular opinion, in the church. God does not give money to worshippers. God gives money to managers. that’s the reason why you’re a child of God, but you’re working for a heathen. your boss is a heathen. your CEO of your company is unsaved. some of you work for witches. some of you work for part-time warlocks. why do you work for them, and you’re a child of God’s kingdom. Because, God does not give money to worshippers. God gives money to managers. so the sooner you switch into a management mindset, the better. the sooner your mind begins to shift, and you go into management, the better. what is the job of a manager. the job of a manager is that once something is entrusted to you, you don’t present it back in the condition that it was given to you. You present it back in a better condition than it was given to you.
5:28 – remember the Lord God, this is Deuteronomy chapter 18, for it is he, that gives you power to create wealth. God wants to give you power for wealth creation. but he doesn’t give it to janitors or worshippers. God gives it to managers.
18:09 – God does not give wealth on the basis of anointing. if he was to give wealth on the basis of anointing, many of you would be wealthy right now. Matthew 25 (The Parable of the Talents). God gives wealth on the basis of ability, not on the basis of anointing. Each according to their ability.
18:35 – Five talents is the modern equivalent of $5 million US Dollars. Two talents is the model equivalent of $2 million. one Talent is the modern equivalent of $1 million.
19:37 – God gives wealth on the basis of ability. I’ll give you another word for Ability – economic intelligence. I’ll give you another word for economic intelligence – wise management… You’re called to wisdom when you’re struggling financially. and the Bible says, wisdom will scoff at you. Why? because you hated knowledge. when you heard Miracle meeting, you turned up. when you heard management meeting, you ran away. I want to give you a senior management meeting today, that’s going to bless your life. many of you are going to run off. because you prefer miracles to principles. you prefer miracles to management. and because you prefer miracles to management, the Bible says when day of Trouble Comes, when economic hardship faces you, the Bible, not Tony, the Bible says, that wisdom will laugh at you. Says, you’ll scream for help. you’ll say the creditors are coming, but wisdom will mock you. Why? because you despised knowledge when it was being fed to you. so I want to give you the knowledge that’s going to ground you. the size of your present income, is the size of your present intelligence.
21:02 – this is according to Matthew 25. when five talents, had five talents, because he was economically intelligent enough to know how to multiply it. the one with two talents had two talents because he was economically intelligent enough to know what to do with it. the one with one Talent, had one talent, because he was economically intelligent enough to know what to do with it. the size of your present income, is the size of your intelligence. God will never give you more, because, he knows more will kill you. there’s something called Death by abundance. it’s when you prosper to the point that the abundance itself destroys your life. God loves you too much, to give you too much.
22:38 – if God wants to destroy your life, he’ll give you abundance without management.
23:20 – Commandment of covetousness, that thou shall not cover, is a very important law. Why? Because, covetousness causes you to want somebody else’s money, without somebody else’s management. it causes you to seek somebody else’s currency, when you haven’t taken the time to develop that person’s capacity. and so, if you want somebody else’s currency, but you haven’t taken the time to develop that person’s capacity. when the currency comes, it will destroy your life. don’t believe me? Ask the prodigal son. the prodigal son looked at the father’s currency, and said I want your currency. but I don’t want your capacity.
24:48 – if you’re Covetous, you’ll seek somebody else’s currency, without the capacity. in other words you see that friend, that Heathen friend, that Wicked friend on Instagram… and you’ll see their big house. and so you, yourself, will go into debt. buy a big house. you’ll no longer be content with the house you have. so you go buy a big house. now you don’t have the capacity to cut the grass for the big house. and now you’re struggling, saying, God is doing this to me. God didn’t tell you to go get that big house. you’ll see your neighbor. They’re driving a Range Rover Sports Velar. You’ll go by buy yourself a Range Rover Velar, because covetousness told you to do it. Now, you don’t have the capacity to ask for that 5 liter engine. Your Capacity was a one liter engine. Now covetousness has caused you to crave somebody else’s currency, without taking the time to develop their capacity.
26:04 – making yourself a manager is far more vital, than making yourself money.
27:15 – God will deliberately and divinely, decrease your income, to increase your intelligence.
28:04 – some of you can’t afford not to think. you’re in a broke place right now. and God has deliberately and divinely decreased your income, for the purpose of increasing your intelligence. these are the laws of Kingdom Dynamics.
28:31 – those who have less, will be given less. that is not greedy capitalism. that is not monopolies. that is Kingdom economics. the Bible says, take from the one who has one, and give it to the one who has ten. Why? in Kingdom economics, everybody who has, will be given more. God does not distribute resources, according to charity. God distributes resources according to wise management. and that’s why poor people have no money. what is the definition of poverty? poverty is foolish management. that’s what poverty is. when you’re not a manager, when you’re foolish with your money, you’re poor. wise management is the definition of wealth. so God distributes wealth, as a prerogative of wise management. Why? because he knows that if you give a poor man money, you’ve only succeeded in empowering them to stay poor, another day. if you give a poor man money, you’ve only succeeded in helping the poor man stay poor longer. so God does not give economics, appropriate income, as a trickle down Economist, from the top down. Because, he knows the top will empower the bottom. and so if you want to be the head and not the tail, you’ve got to go from a janitor to a manager. you’ve got to develop management mindset. wherever Joseph was he was a manager. wherever Joseph was, he fought like a manager. the one with one Talent, fought like a janitor.
30:30 – 90% of the church are janitors. they’re not managers.
30:43 – look at what the master said to that final one. he said, you Wicked and lazy servant. that means it’s wickedness to not steward God’s economy well. it is wickedness and laziness. Wicked people go to hell. Wicked people, are people who do not Steward God’s economy well. that means God gives you money, and the first thing you do is you buy Gucci. some of you are like, God where’s my house? you’re wearing the cement that was meant to build your house. you’re wearing it on your feet. the cement that was meant to build your house, you’ve turned it into a car, you can’t afford. and properties you can’t afford. some of you don’t even know your credit score. that tells me you’re not a wise manager.
32:21 – if God has to do a miracle for you, it is a sign that your management is failing. Miracles are a sign of failed management. what about Miracle of multiplying loaves and fish? it was a sign of the Apostles’ failed management. that means they were never planning to feed those people. so God had to do a miracle, to cover for their fail management. when they ran out of wine at the wedding Feast, you might say that’s a miracle. yes it’s a miracle. Miracles to the mature, are a sign of failed management. who calls a party, and doesn’t bring wine? who calls a party, invites everybody, but doesn’t bring wine? that is a sign of failed management. miracles to the mature, are a sign of failed management.
34:12 – so we’re saying every month, God, God, pay my bills. God you said you’re my provider. Yes, he’s your provider. he’s not your enabler. he’s your provider, he’s not your drug dealer.
34:25 – the Bible says, that when the children of Israel crossed into the promised land. the first thing that happened, was the Mana dried up that day. Why? because Mana exhausts management. Mana depletes management. Mana makes Israelite men – Israelite babies… Mana was a temporary sustainability model…
35:56 – Miracles are the exception. they were never intended to be the rule.
38:25 – eight streams of income. he said at least seven, at most eight. if your job is your only source of income, you’re a janitor. you’re not a manager. you’re building for the day. you’re going to lose your job. you’re going to go, oh I’ve lost my job. when is it going to stop being the testimony, that you say I lost my job, I got nothing left. you got to build for the storms. don’t be a janitor. be a manager. what does this mean? it means you’ve got to build your life for the day you may run out of oil. and when they run out of oil, the miracle mindset people, looked at the good managers, and they said give us some of your oil. because they’ve been so used to Miracles. that when the storms came, they were expecting a miracle. and what did the manager say? absolutely not. lest there not be enough for us and you. and what do the miracle mindset say? oh you rich people, you’re just greedy. you Prosperity Christians, you’re just greedy. No, no, no. we’re not greedy. we’ve worked for what we’ve got, whilst you were enjoying your life, falling asleep. we were working smart, to manage our lives, for this rainy day, that you’re complaining about. have you built your life for the storm? Are you a manager, or are you a janitor?
Prophetic Money comment:
Tomi said that 90% of the Church are janitors, not managers. He also said that God will not give Money (Wealth Transfer) to a Janitor. Because, Janitors lack the skills and intelligence to skillfully manage and steward, this Great Wealth entrusted to them by God.
I think this is a good warning for those sitting on the sidelines thinking God will rain money down on them – money will miraculously appear in their bank accounts – IT WILL NOT.
