Bill Smith – the CEO of Firepoint Energy. The Lord says, go in and check your computer. I pull up Kim’s (Kim Clement) website. March 15th 2011, he released a prophecy about a company with an X and P. Our stock symbol for “XL+” was “XLPi”. “L” is the roman numeral for 50. And “i” is the roman numeral for 1. (X50P1). Kim Clement comes around the desk, sticks his finger in my face, and said, God is giving you more technology. I have a holding company called GDI International. Stands for “God Did It”. the logo I’ve used for years, is a big oak tree. Just before March I set up Fire Point Energy. if you look at Kim’s prophecy. he said, fire points to energy. so the fire is plasma gasification. and that fire, that plasma, actually is what does the molecular disassociation, or unwinds molecules. so when we unwind the gas, we can make the gas into whatever we want. Electricity, jet fuel, gasoline… we’re working on a crowdfunding program and are raising the capital now. our goal is to take it public. it won’t be until probably mid next year, before that merger happens.

4:00 – It is my pleasure to introduce our guest for today, who is Bill Smith. Who is the CEO of Firepoint Energy. His career includes more than 20 years, working in the alternative energy technology sector. Including Hydrogen energy, ethanol, and others. He has found a new source of free energy, that ties in with a Kim Clement prophetic word.

6:10 – By 2010, I was worth $30 million bucks. Had 2 publicly traded companies. We were doing business in China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Brazil. And I was always looking for and accumulating technologies… that we would transition away from petroleum, into synthetic fuels and synthetic energies.

6:45 – I’ve written whitepapers on decentralized power production. Where I believe one day we won’t be using a national grid. We’ll produce the energy in a localized basis. From garbage, waste, old tires… in order to power cities, nations…

7:30 – I’m praying one morning… Jesus walks through the wall… sell all you have and come follow me… my net worth was $30 million bucks. He tells me give all my stock away to this guy that worked for me in the company. Gave away my Mercedes. Let go of my house. People started saying you need to go to Israel. People randomly started giving me money. Pretty soon I was on a flight going to Israel.

8:30 – I’m out in the yard one day. And the Lord says, go in and check your computer… For some reason I pull up Kim’s (Kim Clement) website. And March 15th 2011, he released a prophecy about a company with an X and a P. Our stock symbol for “XL+” was “XLPi”. “L” is the roman numeral for 50. And “i” is the roman numeral for 1. (X50P1). So where he said, there was a letter, and like a number, “L” is a roman numeral.

9:25 – The Lord said, move to California. Transfer the Wealth.

9:40 – I’d set up a company Basileia. Basileia is the Latin word for Kingdom (let your Kingdom come). I gave out 2 business cards one night. Couple weeks later this guy calls me. Christian Giovanni – grandfather of plasma physics.

10:10 – what I was looking for since 2005 when Katrina hit, is a gasifier, that we could fold up on a truck, take to a city, and stand it up. Grind up houses, trees. Turn it into a gas. And we turn that gas into gasoline, diesel, fuel, jet fuel, or electricity. It’s not new technology. It’s been out since 1920s. And we never could find one (gasifier).

10:45 – I believe God put my card on his (Christian Giovanni) table.

10:50 – so long story short, we wind up acquiring their company in 2020 through a stock Swap

11:00 – in 2021, we raised north of a million bucks. We reengineered the gasifier, where it will do 50 tons of waste a day. Tires, coal, garbage (landfills).

11:25 – so you’re literally taking the garbage, and turning it into energy? so this is literally like free energy? Correct. the energy sources is the garbage.

12:20 – syn gas… run through a catalyst – make diesel fuel, ethanol, jet fuel, gasoline. Run it through a turbine – make electricity.

12:40 – so what Christian invented was a very, very efficient gasifier. and if you want to go see it. go to YouTube. and look up “AdaptiveARC”

16:00 – The Lord said, I’m going to show a secret to Hydrogen. He said, I hid it in the trees. He said I’m going to show you how to unwind molecules.

16:30 – so we’re going to shift as a globe to hydrogen, one day. in the interim, we need what are called synthetic fuels. and synthetic fuels are made from Syn gas. carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen.

18:40 – on March 15th, 2011, Kim talked about God giving clues about a new source of energy. talks about the oak tree. and something starting with an X and a P. and you brought this up in the beginning. and of course, your company then was “XLPi”. that’s a stock symbol. and that was where potentially the X and the P came in.

19:20 – years ago I bought a technology out of Brazil, that would make cars run on ethanol as well as gasoline. Someone contacted us out of Orlando. Husband and Wife team. Hey we want to get involved. What you’re doing seems prophetic. And they said, there is this guy Kim Clement, and he’s going to be down here in Orlando…

20:50 – And Kim comes around the desk, sticks his finger in my face, and said, God is giving you more technology.

21:00 – So we had “XL+” (XLPi) going. And it just died. The ethanol industry moved. And I just shut everything down.

21:40 – I have a holding company. it’s called GDI International. Stands for “God Did It”. and the logo I’ve used for years, is a big oak tree.

22:00 – Our stock trading symbol is XLPi. and as I told you L stands for 50, in the Roman numerals. and “i” is 1 (X50P1). so when Kim saw like a letter, a number, and a letter. the X and the P. I believe that’s what he was saying. But it wouldn’t take off. I could not get it off the ground. Everything was stuck. And long story short, I wind up Reviving The Company in 2020. We acquired “AdaptiveARC” – gas fire company… We got to texas. Raise a million and a half bucks. We started going from 25 tons a day to 50 tons. We put in automation systems. And then it stopped again.

23:00 – In 2022, I set up a company called reformed energy. And brought in two millennials. The Lord said let them run the company. June of last year, the Lord said, stick with them until they’re funded. November, last year, a company called Riot Blockchain, put 4 and a half million dollars in our bank. So we started building the gasifier… Will be on the ground, roughly March or April of next year…

24:00 – just before March I set up Fire Point Energy. so if you look at Kim’s prophecy. he said, fire points to energy. so the fire is plasma gasification. and that fire, that plasma, actually is what does the molecular disassociation, or unwinds molecules. so when we unwind the gas, we can make the gas into whatever we want. Electricity, jet fuel, gasoline, diesel fuel, whatever. and to be honest, jet fuel pays the most, out of anything we can produce.

25:45 – firepoint.energy is the website. we’re working on a crowdfunding program. we have a program already for accredited investors, that have to meet security Exchange Commission regulations. million dollar net worth. 200,000 a year in income. and we are raising the capital now, to start this site. we’ll turn the 4 million tons of waste coal here, into jet fuel, diesel fuel. We’ll pull out the Rare Earth elements. We’ll produce ammonia here. we’ll produce hydrogen here. and launch these new Energy Fuels, that are coming out synthetically produced, at this site in tunnelton. so on our website, there’s a link for investing. put in your email address. and a guy named Ian will reach out to you. our goal is to take it public. by the way things are going, it won’t be until probably mid next year, before that merger happens.

March 15th, 2011 – The Matrix
I’m seeing this whole course; I’m seeing God do it right now. Regarding the source of energy – this is very important for people that are listening all over the world. I had two clues, I’m going to give you one today. I’m going to give you one clue now, which I haven’t spoken of yet. The other one is the tree, the oak tree, which is a symbol that people have been researching but it’s not yet revealed. But people have been searching out there. It’s a puzzle. God won’t give us everything because it’s not the right time. But something started with an “X” and it has a “P” in it. It’s a very profound thing that’s going to be worth investing in. I can’t say the whole thing because I don’t know it, but I had a dream and I saw an “X” and I think there may have been a number and then something else, and then “P.” I’m only giving you what I prophetically hear; otherwise, I could be accused of representing a company. They could take me to court on that but that’s what I’m hearing, and I hear things by the Holy Spirit and just say it. But it’s also giving signs to the people that it’s the time for the release of this new source of energy.

June 21st, 2012 – Prophetic Alert
I then saw, flashing in front of me, “Fire-point-E.” This is all fresh and new, and I’m going to let Sunil take over at this point because I’ve given you what I can for now. I will write out many other things and I will not communicate it like this every time; I’ll write it out and release it, whatever comes to me. But this is what I saw. We’ve been speaking about Firepointe and I want you (to Sunil) to share on this now because many are interested because God showed us about being debt-free. Many of you know about this and we’re proclaiming it. It’s going to happen. It’s in this decade that it’s going to happen, but it will be very quick. That’s one of the things I noticed in these visions, that there was so much relief and so much joy and victory and happiness and laughter because of, (expression) “we’re free.” But I saw Firepointe again and it was going across and I caught a glimpse of it, but it was broken up into three sections: Fire-point-E. The E separately. Remember I spoke about the big breakthrough with the “Big E?” Never did I realize when I wrote Firepointe, when it first came to me, that it would also mean, it was Firepointe as well, but fire will point to E.

Q: How did they decide on the name Firepoint?
A: I didn’t ask this one, but if I remember correctly, he said Kim Clement in the video testimony.

Q: Ask if they have anything to do with a new Electric Vehicle silver cell battery.
A: He said Firepoint is not involved in this due to how expensive it is to extract silver from Coal Waste. It wouldn’t be enough material.

Q: WeFunder. How does that work and what type of return can we expect?
A: 3rd party crowdfunding platform. Allows non accredited investors to invest in start ups. Bill said to take the time to learn https://wefunder.com

Q: please ask them when stock will be available to the public? when they expect to go public and have an IPO.
A: He said that Firepoint is in the process of IPO right now. Waiting on SEC.

Q: I personally think it would be cool to go deeper into the process of going from petroleum to synthetic fuels and how it is better overall. How would using petroleum or synthetic anything be better?
A: I didn’t ask this question, because the answer is on the website and I did a screenshot earlier in the thread with a link to the page. It is rather in depth and time is a precious commodity.

Q: What, if any, adjustments will need to be made on vehicles produced now for the new syngas?
A: None. It doesn’t work that way. They main income generator would be from jet fuel, and the process goes from Coal Waste to SynGas to Jet Fuel.
However, if Trump asked him to make gasoline, they would need to switch out a part or two (my words not his) and Firepoint can turn the SynGas into gasoline.

Q: Do they have the distribution channels in place to facilitate production through to gas companies (Shell, Exxon, etc.)?
A: No.

Q:How does their production impact current supply lines/gas industry?
A: I didn’t get a moment to ask.

Q: Which precious metal he personally likes the most. What’s the deal with palladium?

I was sitting here watching and praying and I suddenly got this thought about Firepointe again and the Spirit said to me, there’s something in your prophetic gathering in Israel that is a hidden secret. There’s a hidden secret with Firepointe and one of the words that we used in the concert was not just about Israel is Forever! With An Attitude, but He said that word “attitude” and the red writing is a key and a secret regarding Firepointe, so I want you to research that. I got it while I was in the hospital here, and God said to me, what you put on those mantles was more than just a message of having an attitude, but there would be something emerging with Firepointe that would also be attached to the word “attitude.” If you look at “attitude,” it’s a-t-t-i-t-u-d-e. It’s a key and I just got very excited here because I started getting revelation from the Spirit about how Firepointe is going to emerge so quickly and that’s why people must keep their eyes open. So that’s just a little piece of the puzzle, which was “attitude,” the writing, and the red. We must look into that because this is just the beginning; it’s like a domino effect with medical care and so on. (September 28, 2013)
