36:53 – Something about a parole, a parole being sought. There’s something about this being the time of Great Men, and the time of Great Courage. The time to have great courage and stand. It is that Time, says the Lord. Show Great Courage and Stand. For I will parole thee. And there will be a reprieve. And there will be time. Even in this time, some wicked men could turn and have courage, and stand. But you must make it in this time. In the time, the time of the wind, the time of the wind turning round and round, from the sky to the ground. The time of the wind, of the wind, turning round. make your decision in the time of the wind.
40:50 – The Time of the wind. It is the Time to let the captives go. In the time of the wind. It’s a Time to let the Spirit Blow, across the Globe.
44:50 – For the Battle of the Sea, has begun. It’s a Battle for the Sea. It has begun… Not just the time of the gun, but the time of the wind. War has begun. Let the wind blow.
57:00 – The Rat and the Weasel, will sing like a bird.
57:19 – 59:30 – I want to go ahead and give this word that the Lord gave me this morning. He said, there has now been a Cycle of End Time events started. It will be a Cycle that moves slow and fast. Some will be man-made. like the hurricane in the Caribbean. Just like tarsus, but real, is dealing with Rebellion. Some will be devastating. Some of these Cycles will be unknown to the people. But they are turning, says the Lord. Don’t be Jonah. The time of the ending of all things are upon us. And the time of the beginning of all things, are upon us. The end of all things, are the plans the enemy has carefully made and plotted. The time of the beginning of all things, are God’s people, as they choose to go and walk into the Promised Land. To the nation, the Lord said, as you approach your time of the Declaration of Independence, you approach your time of Independence. This is for this nation. He said, will you declare independence? will you stand up and say it? and that was a word to the Nation here, and a word to the World.
NotebookLM AI Summary:
This broadcast of The Eleventh Hour focuses on the current prophetic climate, the biblical role of the prophet, and the necessity of “volatile” spiritual leadership to confront corruption.
Prophetic Declarations and the “Time of the Wind”
The session begins with a prophetic word regarding a “time of the wind” that is turning to bring a reprieve and set captives free. Robin Bullock declares that a cycle of end-time events has begun, characterized by a mix of man-made and natural occurrences. A recurring theme in this prophecy is the exposure of hidden corruption; Bullock repeatedly mentions that a “rat and a weasel” who have been planning demise in secret will eventually “sing like a bird,” leading to their exposure. Additionally, while standing at a historic site, Bullock offers prayers for peace and protection over Israel, specifically asking for the weeding out of corrupted individuals within the nation’s leadership.
The Office of the Prophet as a Heavenly Court Officer
Bullock provides a detailed teaching on the spiritual function of a prophet, defining the office as an “officer of the court of Heaven”. According to the sources, prophets are sent when the following occurs:
- Appeals to Heaven: When people are oppressed by corrupt or tyrannical earthly hierarchies and have no earthly recourse, they appeal to God.
- Divine Response: God responds by sending a prophet to deliver an edict from the court of Jehovah, often pointing a finger at “rogue kings” to offer a chance for repentance or judgment.
- Preservation and Power: The prophetic mantle is responsible for bringing unity, deliverance, and preservation to God’s people. This office is also associated with “power miracles,” such as Elijah calling down fire or Joshua commanding the sun to stand still.
The Necessity of “Volatile” Prophets
A significant portion of the teaching addresses why modern religious institutions often reject true prophets. Bullock describes these individuals as “volatile” because they are unpredictable and prioritize God’s voice over social or political decorum. He argues that:
- Fear of Exposure: Leaders often exclude volatile prophets from their stages because they fear the prophet might publicly call out secret sins, such as embezzlement or affairs.
- Biblical Precedent: The sources cite Samuel (who hewed King Agag to pieces), John the Baptist (who called leaders a “generation of vipers”), and Jesus (who overturned tables in the temple) as examples of volatile prophets.
- Impact on the Church: Bullock asserts that if the church had allowed volatile prophets to speak, the body of Christ would have been better prepared for the COVID-19 pandemic, potentially identifying those behind it before it spread.
Faith, Finances, and Salvation
The broadcast concludes with an emphasis on choosing faith over fear. Christa Bullock encourages believers to be direct with God when asking for their needs and desires, stating that God does not “bargain” or play “cat and mouse” games with His children. She shares that approaching physical or financial difficulties with faith—rather than the panic that fueled the “stupid pandemic”—is the key to seeing those obstacles dissolved. The program ends with a call for salvation and instructions on receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
Analogy for Understanding the Prophet’s Office: Think of a prophet as a court-appointed bailiff from a superior jurisdiction. When a local “judge” (an earthly leader) becomes corrupt and ignores the laws of the higher court (Heaven), the higher court sends an officer to serve a warrant and restore order. This officer is “volatile” because they do not answer to the corrupt local judge, but only to the High Court that sent them.
