God said, this is a time and especially at the end of October on the one day that they call Halloween shall be a very strange occurrence that shall take place in this nation. And the people shall be afraid and then suddenly the mourning shall be turned into dancing. Fear and trembling shall be turned into shouts of praise and admonition. The Lord has brought this to pass. No one can stop it. Beginning in the month of November as I have predicted for a long, long time, God says, I shall bring forth a resurrection from the dead. I’m talking about resurrecting the things that have been null and void, dead and gone that they have said will never happen again. I laugh at you, says the Spirit of the Lord, for it shall come to pass that I will raise up things and when the resurrection comes, there shall be a double anointing, double vision, double miracles, double healings, double, double, double says the Lord, A double, double trouble against the powers of hell.

Why New Orleans?
Now you may be saying, “Why did He focus on New Orleans?” and “Why didn’t He take New York?” And well, there’s a few things to explain that. But I’d said something about October, and that there would be a Halloween that. . . like they’ve never experienced . So, something unusual is going to happen on the 31st of October. Let’s just tell you so there’s great expectation.
Prophetic Money comment:
Kim Clement never mentioned the Year. So this prophecy could be about any Halloween – maybe even 100 years from now. But with everything going on in the world right now, it does seem likely for it to happen this Year.
