God Said THIS About Wealth Transfer – Prophecy | Troy Black
Troy Black
Oct 1, 2022
2:00 – this is what I heard on September 18th, 2022
2:16 – this is what I heard the Holy Spirit say. people are expecting me to put money in their bank accounts. but I’m raising up generational Leaders, with a mindset of Kingdom Blessing. He said: I can do anything through those that humble themselves, and listen to my voice, telling them where to go to school, what job to get, what creative projects to work on, how to invest their money, and when to say no to the Flesh.
2:38 – I actually heard this word before praying about the wealth transfer words. and then I prayed specifically about those words, that people are sharing. and this is what I heard. I am blessing many of my people during this time. and then he continued. and this is very critical. He said: oftentimes, when I want to bless someone, I don’t just drop money into their lap. Often, it’s through a process of submission, sacrifice, and steadily moving in the direction I’ve asked them to go. And then he said: worship, work, and wait upon me with expectancy. but don’t look for a miracle, apart from my principles at work, in your habits.
3:15 – this is not a Works based word y’all. I don’t believe that’s what the Holy Spirit is saying…
5:22 – so I’m going to really briefly share these. the first principle he gave me was generosity.
Luke 6:38 (NASB) – Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.
1 Timothy 6:17-18 (NASB) – Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to set their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share,
7:21 – I heard the Holy Spirit say: for many people listening, the miracle is in your hand, not in your future.
8:19 – I heard the Lord say this next. He said: I do bless abundantly. But most of the time, the blessing is given within the context of hard work. and then he said: ask why. And so I said, why? He said: because, I want every part of your life to be something I get to walk through with you. even the money you earn, give, and generate. And then he said this. He said: give me glory for what I’ve already done.
8:48 – And so this is the second principle he gave me: Contentment…
1 Timothy 6:5-10 (NASB) – and constant friction between people of depraved mind and deprived of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it, either. If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content. But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap, and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
12:03 – the third principle is Thankfulness…
12:51 – so I was actually praying and worshiping the Lord with my wife, on September 19th. And while we were praying, I started to see this vision. And what I saw was a boat that kind of looked like Noah’s Ark, floating out in a harbor. and then I saw this dock leading out into the water. and I saw a pair of shoes on the dock. and these gold coins were being dropped into these shoes. and they were filling them up to overflowing. and I heard the Lord say this: I’m moving funds for the sake of the Gospel moving forth.
14:05 – but then I kept seeing this vision from the Lord. And the next thing I saw was, these expensive like organic milk bottles. you know, these very expensive bottles of milk. and I heard the Lord say this. he said: desire the pure milk of the word, when we filter the word through our greed, he said, it becomes less than pure, in our minds and our actions.
14:38 – I heard the Lord say: many people think, because I’m a Christian, God has to bless me. but Jesus said: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you…

NotebookLM AI Summary:
In this prophetic message regarding “wealth transfer,” Troy Black emphasizes that while many are expecting God to simply deposit money into their bank accounts, the Holy Spirit is actually raising up generational leaders with a mindset of Kingdom blessing. Rather than a “magic” miracle, the sources describe a process of submission, sacrifice, and steadily moving in God’s direction regarding education, career choices, and creative projects.
The message outlines three primary money principles that operate under the New Covenant:
- Generosity: Drawing on Luke 6:38, the sources state that the “miracle is in your hand,” meaning God looks at what you are doing with what you already have. True generosity allows believers to give without fear of lack because they trust that God will provide every need.
- Contentment: Godliness with contentment is described as “great gain”. The sources warn that greed and the love of money can lead to destruction and a “wandering away from the faith”. Contentment serves as a sign that a person is abiding in Jesus rather than being influenced by the “camp of the enemy”.
- Thankfulness: Believers are encouraged to give thanks in every season—whether they have a little or a lot—because the ultimate treasure is the finished work of Jesus on the cross.
Black also shares a vision of a vessel (representing the Gospel) and shoes being filled with gold coins, which he interprets as God moving funds specifically for the sake of the Gospel. He clarifies that the “Parable of the Talents” is not strictly about multiplying personal money, but about using all resources—gifts, talents, and finances—to multiply the “Kingdom seed”.
Ultimately, the sources present this season as a test of the heart, asking believers whether they love God or money. The goal of this “wealth transfer” is not personal enrichment, but to fix “money motivations” so that believers can be a light and meet the needs of others in the body of Christ.
To understand this concept of wealth transfer, you might think of it like receiving a high-performance vehicle from a benefactor. The benefactor isn’t just giving you the car to sit in your driveway; they are providing the fuel and the keys specifically so you can use it to transport people to safety. If you only care about the leather seats and the status of the car, you’ve missed the entire purpose of the gift.
