Have you seen The Adjustment Bureau movie?
Here is the movie trailer: https://youtu.be/H78XCiJamXc
I will warn you, this movie is NOT Christian. It’s a fictional (imaginary) story. So only watch it for entertainment purposes. But I think it kind of shows what it would look like when external hidden forces (demons/angels) tried to impact people’s lives in order to change a Prophecy. In our world we’ve got demons/angels trying to impact what people do or don’t do, so that a specific outcome (future event/prophecy) will or won’t happen.
In the movie, a group of mysterious men (possibly Guardian Angels) conspire to keep Matt Damon away from the beautiful dancer Emily Blunt. Their reason is to preserve a Prophecy of Matt becoming the President of USA and Emily becoming a World-Famous Dancer and Choreographer. The mysterious men warn Matt, if they stay together, the Prophecy will fail, instead of trying to achieve greatness, they will both settle down and be content with their life, and Matt will end up as just a simple politician and Emily will become a stay at home wife. So, in the movie, these mysterious men do everything they can to prevent that from happening. But ultimately Matt and Emily do what they want to do, not what the prophecy stated.
I will warn you again, that this movie is not Christian. Also, in the movie they say people don’t have free will, but only the appearance of free will. But we know this is wrong. The Bible clearly says we have free will and get to make our own choices/decisions. Otherwise we would be pre-programmed robots. So don’t focus too much on things said in the movie.
Galatians 5:13 — You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love.
John 7:17 — Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.
The reason I’m sharing this movie is because when a prophecy doesn’t happen, people often start attacking the prophets. But what if there were external forces that caused that prophecy not to happen. Even just a matter of free will. God can release a prophecy with what He wants to happen, but if people choose against doing what they need to do, or if Demons persuade a person to do or not do something, the prophecy can change based on actions or inactions of that person. So this movie (although fictional) kind of lets people see how a person’s life can change from possibly being a president to just settling down and being a simple politician. Or from being a world class dancer, to just being a stay at home wife. Prophet Kat Kerr even mentioned that people will be judged during the Judgment Seat of Christ for not doing what God asked them to do. God has a great plan for every single one of us, but we get do decide whether or not we want to pursue that plan. And we will be judged accordingly.
Jeremiah 29:11 — “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Daniel 7:25 — He (satan) will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people (us) and try to change the set times and the laws.
1 Peter 5:8 — Be sober-minded, be alert. Your adversary the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for anyone he can devour.
James 4:7 — Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
2 Corinthians 10:4 — For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.

Kat Kerr: Common Misconceptions About Judgement – 9/14/22
5:13 — But the other thing that you will be judged for, the Judgment Seat of Christ, is did you ever accomplish what He asked you to do. Like if he called you, now this is an actual calling, and you totally ignored, and you knew in your heart you were supposed to be a certain something, it could be a builder. You decided to be a pastor. But that’s not what you were called to do. Or you were you were a builder, you chose that over being a pastor. That’s what you’ll be judged for. Did you do what Christ asked you.
10:41 — but the rewards you would have gotten for doing what He called you to do would have been so much greater than what you chose to do. And you may have helped people, and that was nice and wonderful, but that wasn’t what He called you to do.

A prophesied outcome may or may not transpire; it all depends on how the audience responds to the message of the prophet. Check out this interesting article I found that explains why some prophesies didn’t come to pass.
