23:59 – he said, many will call it historic. many will try to resist. but what I plan to do, you will witness the first sign in your calendar month, on your calendar year, of February, and March.

Since Manuel Johnson specifically pointed out “Youth” becoming millionaires. It makes me think this prophetic word is about Crypto. Since most older investors are staying away from crypto and only investing in stocks or precious metals.
