The other night I dreamt that I saw a bunch of people from church in a line to make a money exchange. Bobby and I had done it and everyone was following suit. I saw some banker friends there, as well as some old friends from a previous season of ministry. I saw a number of little green booklets lying around, like a description of the new money exchange for people to understand. The line was growing as more and more people became aware of the change. That was it.
There have been numerous prophetic words about economic collapse and even more predictions concerning the U.S. dollar going down. I’ve heard numerous people tell me how they are investing in other currencies and commodities, but nothing is consistent. I did have an interesting experience a few weeks ago where a follower offered me silver coins in exchange for an order of books. I “just happened” to have another dream at the same time about a woman gifting me a family ring that was worth thousands of dollars (I made the exchange:-). Last year I also had another dream about a “sudden crash” that was coming, though it wasn’t clear what kind.
So….given all the prophecies, projections, and predictions about money – how have you interpreted these signs and what (if any) practical steps are you taking in response? Do you believe the dollar is going to crash this year, and if so, what are you doing about it? Has the Lord shown any of you clear steps to take in preparation for possible changes? (I ask this to stir conversation and an exchange of ideas – not necessarily to test a particular prophecy or prediction:-).
