Important!!! Volt Inu V2 is Migrating to V3. If you have Volt Inu V2 on a centralized exchange (CEX), the migration will be done automatically – you don’t have to do anything. If you have your Volt Inu V2 in a non-custodial wallet like ledger, trust wallet, etc., then you will have to perform the migration yourself/manually. You will need to connect your wallet to the specified website, and the website will convert your V2 to V3. However, you will have to pay gas fees and possible other fees as well to do this.
The great thing about the current V2 to V3 migration is that it will be open and automatic forever. This means that even if you were to miss the main migration, it will still be possible to migrate your VOLT V2 tokens at any time in the future and instantly.

The reason we are releasing this announcement and poll is to allow our DAO to execute a new on-chain decision regarding the future of VOLT!
As you know, VOLT has always aimed to be the people’s crypto and this is why we are submitting the following proposal to the community vote today:
“Remove all the on-chain taxes (i.e. buy, transfer and sell taxes) on all 3 chains. If approved, this change will require to migrate our smart contracts to a V3”
The current plan is to run the main migration for 2 days during which you will simply have to approve a transaction that will send your VOLT V2 tokens to the migration address and automatically send back VOLT V3 tokens to your wallet.
Unlike the V1 to V2 migration in April 2022, the current V2 to V3 migration will be open and automatic forever, even for those who miss this main migration, as we will be able to manually withdraw the liquidity from all the DeFi pools.
This means that even if you were to miss the main migration, it will still be possible to migrate your VOLT V2 tokens at any time in the future and instantly.
At the end of the main migration, an announcement will be made mentioning that any VOLT V2 buy made after that time will not be honored and will not be converted into VOLT V3. This verification process aims at preventing any malicious attempt at manipulating prices.
Unlike several other migrations, ours will not result in any trading interruption of several days or even weeks! In fact, trading will only be interrupted at the end of the main two-day migration period. At that point, for 1 to 3 hours, trading will be paused while liquidity is added to the new liquidity pools.
For those holding VOLT on CEXs, the migration will be done automatically as we will contact all the CEXs on which VOLT is currently listed to migrate your tokens.

In this guide, we will show you how to swap your VOLT V2 for VOLT V3.
1) Go to EverMigrate ( https://app.everrise.com/evermigrate/upgrade)
For iOS users, please use either Safari or Google Chrome for your web browser.
2) Connect you wallet
We support all wallets on Wallet Connect but we recommend using MetaMask and TrustWallet.
3) Once Your Wallet is Connected Select VOLT INU
You will need to enable VOLT INU as “Input Token”, when you hit enable it will prompt you to open up your wallet that is connected to sign the transaction.
Once enabled, you can select how many tokens you want to migrate to the V3. You can manually enter a number or utilize the pre-calculated percentages.
4) Migrate
Once you’re ready to migrate, press the migrate button. This will prompt your wallet to open again and for you to confirm gas rates and pay gas. Once your transaction has gone through, you’ll receive a notification confirming that your tokens have been successfully migrated. You can click on the notification to view the txn and you can see your token balance update.
Advance Option: Sending your VOLT V3 Tokens to a Different Wallet Address
You can choose to send your V3 tokens to a new wallet address for no fees except gas. If you use this option, make sure you are inputting a wallet address that is on the same network as your original tokens.
Get Ready To Volt
Once you have successfully migrated your V2 tokens, the last step you have to do is to import the V3 tokens into your wallet by adding the contract address.
The Volt V3 contract address is the following (same on ETH, BSC and Polygon): 0x7f792db54B0e580Cdc755178443f0430Cf799aCa
Symbol: VOLT
Decimals: 9
Please note that v3 transfers are disabled until the trading goes live on May 13. This means that you cannot transfer your v3 tokens before trading is enabled on May 13.
